Below you will find all necessary information about the Megiddo 2026 season:
Season Dates

Arrival: Saturday, June 27, 2026 (bus from Ben Gurion Airport ~5:00 pm)

Excavation: Sunday, June 28 – Thursday, July 23, 2026 (4 weeks)

Departure: Thursday, July 23, 2026 (bus to Ben Gurion Airport, time TBD)

Optional Week 5: July 26–30, 2026 (reduced team for final work)

Cost
​
Participation fee: 4-week full season: $2,400
​

Fee covers housing, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and daily transportation.

Not included: airfare, pool entrance fee (10 NIS/day), laundry service (TBD), personal expenses.

Living & Meals
​
Participants stay at Mishmar HaEmek guest facilities near the site. Rooms are shared, with three meals provided daily. Grocery accounts are available for personal purchases.
Daily Schedule
